Welcome to WifeyApp! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. User Eligibility
    WifeyApp is designed for couples. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a relationship agreement with another consenting adult.

  2. One Partner Per Account
    Each WifeyApp account supports only two users: one husband and one wife (or equivalent roles). Attempting to link multiple partners is not supported and may result in account suspension.

  3. Free Trial & Access
    When you create an account, you’ll receive:

    • 3-day full access to all premium features.
    • After the trial ends, you can either subscribe to continue full access, or
    • Continue using limited features (Shopping List and Link tab only) for free.

    This freemium model ensures transparency and lets users explore the app risk-free before deciding to upgrade.

  4. Relationship Features
    WifeyApp includes tools to enhance your connection:

    • Suggest meals and romantic dinner plans.
    • Auto-generated shopping lists to help with prep.
    • Plan premium-quality nights with our 5-star menu-style system.
    • Enjoy thoughtful bonding activities, games, and shared goals.

    Use these features to spark connection — not conflict. 😉

  5. User Responsibilities
    You agree to:

    • Use the app respectfully and honestly.
    • Not share false information or impersonate others.
    • Respect your partner’s privacy and content.

  6. Data & Privacy
    All data (messages, partner info, uploaded images, etc.) is securely stored using Supabase. You can review how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.

  7. Content Ownership
    You retain full rights to your content. However, by using WifeyApp, you give us permission to store and display your content within the app for relationship purposes only.

  8. Breakup Feature
    The “Remove Partner” and “Breakup Report” features are included for light-hearted use. They do not represent real legal separation and are intended for entertainment purposes only. Use responsibly. 💔

  9. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the app, or interfere with other users' experiences.

  10. Changes to Terms
    These terms may be updated at any time. We'll notify you via the app or email when significant changes are made.
